Angus Council have now made public the results of their recent Kirriemuir Consultation With Kirriemuir Residents.
From 570 eligible participants, the votes were: AGAINST renaming = 74% (421) FOR renaming = 26% (147)

I am now able to release and publish my Report On Renaming Cumberland Close [dated 20 April 2024] which was presented to Angus Council, along with research undertaken to validate points raised by our Director and the Petitioner for renaming. A Full Council Meeting is to be held on Thursday 20 June 2024 at 2pm. The public meeting will also be live-channelled on the Angus Council YouTube channel. Agenda, Reports and other relevant information relating to the Renaming of Cumberland Close (Agenda Item No. 7) is now published on the Angus Council website and from here (bottom of page). Ainetheon Arts Ltd is an Independent Gallery and Working Studio welcoming art lovers, collectors, creatives and artists to browse and purchase artworks as well as a place to be creative. Our exhibition period runs from March – December. Opening Hours are Thursday - Sunday 10-4pm and by appointment on Mondays. We are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
